What is Aromatherapy?
Aromatherapy is the practice of using plant material, plant oils and other aroma compounds to improve psychological and/or physical well being. These essential oils are taken from a plant's flower, leaves, stalks, bark, rind or roots. It can be administered in several ways such as: Baths,  massages, vapor inhalations, (salves, lotions,creams), and compresses.
